I led the development of a financial platform B2B for event producers, overseeing all stages of the process, including UX research, user research, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, and user testing. I played a key role in creating and maintaining the design system, ensuring proper organization and documentation of files. In addition to my hands-on design work, I managed and collaborated with the design team, providing guidance and fostering their improvement and evolution.
